Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to us, and we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service booked.
Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and a cancellation fee may apply, depending on availability.
Booking Policy: A credit /debt card is required to hold your appointment. Your card will only be charged in accordance with the above cancellation policy.
